This coliving is ideal for those who want to have all the plans of a big city at their disposal. Many museums, architecture, cultural plans, parties, festivals, DJs and more! If you like big cities and you don't want to miss any plans, Barcelona is right for you! In addition, our coliving is surrounded by nature, so you will not feel overwhelmed or locked in a small apartment in the center.
Another good thing about Barcelona? You have incredible beaches less than 40 minutes from Palma Coliving. Also, if you like hiking, there are many routes nearby. You can visit small towns like Montserrat, Girona, Sitges and more. It doesn't matter if you go in summer or winter you will always have a plan waiting for you.
On top of that, Casa Turull in Barcelona is very high standard. Not only do we have spacious private rooms and coworking, but we also have a sauna, swimming pool, and a 2600m2 park with views of Tibidabo.

Villa Armadans, Mallorca:
Mallorca is an ideal destination for those people who want to live in an authentic paradise! If you like beaches with crystal-clear water and nature, this destination is for you!
Mallorca is a very visited destination in Spain and its international community is very large. Here you will find incredible beaches, mountains, and small towns to visit.
Villa Armadans is one of our two properties in Mallorca. We recommend this coliving to travelers who like to have their space and privacy. With only 7 rooms, Villa Armadans is perfect for those who want to socialize but still maintain their privacy. The best part? We also have a beautiful garden, a terrace, and a beautiful pool to relax and sunbathe.

- You are looking to be close to the center of Palma, but have more space in common areas and gardens. (This is why Armadans area is much better than the old town in Palma center).
- If you like having cafes and restaurants nearby, Santa Catalina is only a few minutes away walking.
- If you like to go running in the mornings, the Palma port promenade is perfect for you.
- If you are looking for premium accommodation, with your own pool and sharing the property with only 6 other guests.
- If you are looking to live in a paradise-like city or on an island, but still have many plans and a large expat community.
- If you feel comfortable renting a car to explore everything the island has to enjoy less than 2 hours from our beautiful coliving.
- If you enjoy life outdoors and prioritize discovering new beaches.

Town House Gomila, Mallorca:
Our second coliving in Mallorca is Town House Gomila. This coliving is located just a few minutes walk from Villa Armadans. The location is ideal, very close to the port and Bellver Castle.
This coliving is great for those people who are looking to come to Mallorca and socialize. If you are working remotely here you will find a large and bright coworking space.
Town House Gomila is a complete building, it has 4 floors, 2 rooftops, and 1 very large coworking space. Each floor has its own relaxing space, kitchen, laundry, sofa space with TV, and more.
The best part? Although we don't have a pool, we are sure that you will be very comfortable here! We have a jacuzzi on our rooftop, ideal for relaxing after a day of work and enjoying the views of the sea!

You are the ideal guest for Town House Gomila if:
- You want to visit Mallorca and you don't have a very high budget. This building offers more affordable options than Villa Armadans.
- If you are looking for a comfortable room and maintain your privacy. Almost all the rooms in this coliving are ensuite, which means that you should not share your bathroom with anyone.
- If you prioritize socializing and making friends. This coliving has 16 rooms, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with other remote workers.
- If you travel with your dog. Our Town House Gomila has a pet-friendly apartment and rooftop.
- If you are looking to be close to a leisure area with restaurants and cafes (Santa Catalina), but also close to nature (such as the Bellver castle forest and the promenade).
Villa Huerta, Valencia:
Valencia has been selected in the top 3 of the best cities in Spain to live in for the last 3 years.
This city offers everything! Beaches, mountains, cultural plans, but without the high prices of Madrid or Barcelona.
Villa Huerta is ideal for those travelers who are looking for a mix between city and countryside. Our coliving in Valencia is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. It is a very nice area of Valencia, where there are some orchards and local producers of organic vegetables. This unique location makes this coliving surrounded by nature and has a unique, very relaxing vibe.
The best part? In just 15 minutes by bike or car, you can be in the very center of Valencia. Enjoy its restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and the beautiful architecture of your walled city that dates back to the Middle Ages.
You are the ideal guest for Town House Gomila if:
- If you like to be surrounded by countryside and nature.
- If you prioritize the tranquility of waking up to the singing of birds, over the hustle and bustle of a big city.
