How do I book my trip in Palma coliving?
Here is how you do it:
- Complete our form for one of our locations.
- We schedule a 15min call to get to know one another a bit more.
- You receive our invoice for your stay and proceed to a 50% payment to reserve it. The other 50% along with other extras such as consumptions are paid during your stay.
What are the COVID-19 measures in Palma coliving?
We are following the recommendation of the following measures to ensure the safety of our guests.
- All Spaces must be cleaned professionally.
- Hygiene consumables have to be provided to guests, including antibacterial hand soap and tissues.
- Extra cleaning supplies should be provided in-house.
- We recommend hosts to move towards digital community events and implement the basic rules of social distancing.
We also recommend all guests to use the following guidelines in our partners’ spaces.
- Wash hands regularly and thoroughly, especially on leaving and entering the space.
- Ventilate the Space by regularly opening windows to allow fresh air to flow through.
- Only wash utensils using the dishwasher.
- Wipe down surfaces before and after use with disinfectant.
- When collecting deliveries, dispose of external packaging as soon as possible.
- Cover your nose and mouth when sneezing/coughing. When using tissues, dispose of them immediately.
- Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth as much as possible.
- Respect your host’s specific measures in terms of guest visit and social distancing inside the facilities.

What about the cancelation policy?
Please note that you must confirm a 70% deposit payment in order to block your room: the “pay now” link is available below the amount. Payment in full is due on the 1st day of your arrival with the same link. For any cancellation: 50% refund up to 14 days prior to check-in. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than one 14 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is usually 28 nights in order to get the best Palma coliving experience! But it can be a 2-weeks stay depending on the location 🙂
What are the prices and what’s included?
We have different prices and room options according to your budget. Prices vary by length of stay and by an occupation of 1 or 2 guests. Apply now to get our presentation with all the info & prices you need. For a monthly stay, the minimum price starts from 35€/night.
Included in the price are electricity, water, optic fiber, cleaning in common areas, 24/7 use of the workspace and common areas, unlimited coffee and tea, seasonal fruits. You will meet all basic amenities such as toilet paper, shower gel, cleaning products and all the bedrooms are fully furnished with towels and linens provided.
At Palma coliving we try to organize activities to bond with other guests, explore the city or just have some fun together. Some weekly activities are already included in your stay, like the community session, mastermind session, the tapas night and the networking event! Some others are free like the daily morning or sunset meditation, yoga, fitness, and hikes! Some others are organized by a third party and will be an extra cost such as excursions, external activities.
Some bedrooms have their own private bathroom and most of the other rooms share a bathroom with 1 other room (up to 2 guests max). The shared bedroom is non-mixed genders for 2 people maximum.
In case you are looking for a bigger space, we also have our Master ensuite which includes a private bathroom and balcony.
Also, we do offer reduced accommodation for the work exchange/ambassador program, just contact us if you may be interested!
What are the people staying at Palma coliving like?
Most people at Palma coliving stay for an average of 6 weeks, although we have guests living for as long as a few months, or as short as 28 days. Guests are working professionals such as digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs with adventurous souls, looking to connect and share with others! Palma coliving is not a party place, but guests are overall very social and like to meet other digital nomads and locals. Everyone can be involved to lead some events in or outside Palma coliving, depending on your specialty and your needs, if you are ready for it 🙂
What’s the internet like at Palma coliving?
Well of course we made sure that is the absolute best. We have optical fiber wifi and wifi extenders, and we also have a second line for backup. So no worries.
What’s the weather like in Spain?
For example, Mallorca Island has good weather year-round, with around 300 days of sunshine per year. Palma the capital also has been mentioned as “one of the Best Places to Live in the World”, according to the Sunday Times. It considers Palma de Mallorca like that because “it has everything”. The newspaper highlighted the “exceptional climate” and cultural weight of the old town of “one of the most picturesque Spanish” with beaches in urban surroundings.
In winter temperatures during the day vary around 18 degrees and in summer from 24 to 30 degrees. The biggest difference is the cooler nights in the winter, where you definitely need a good hoody at night.
Kitchen? Gym? Kids? Pets?
- Is there a kitchen I can use?
Yes, there is a big one in each of our locations: 1 fully equipped kitchen that can be shared by all guests.
- Is there is a gym?
At Palma coliving we use our garden, terraces, or rooftop for the gym, we have basic weights and yoga mats, and we usually also do fitness sessions without weights twice a week in the garden or at the beach with our guests.
- Can I bring children?
Because of the work environment, Palma coliving is not ideal for children. But, if you would like to visit us with children, please contact us so we can chat about the possibilities.
- Can I bring pets?
To make sure we don’t bring any risks for allergies, we usually don’t allow pets at Palma coliving even if we love them.
