Spring Packs Mallorca – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all users purchasing or redeeming the Spring Pack offered by Palma Coliving in Mallorca.

1. Inclusions

• The Spring Pack includes a one-month stay in a private ensuite room at Palma Coliving Mallorca.

• One curated local experience is included as part of the package.

2. Package Options

• Escape for One: Includes one premium experience in Mallorca for one person.

• Escape for Two: Includes one premium experience in Mallorca for two people.

3. Validity & Expiration

• The pack is valid for use until November 1, 2025.

• All stays must be completed by November 1, 2025. Any unused days after this date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

• The offer is available for purchase until May 31, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first.

4. Limitations

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or coupon code.

• Priority Pass membership benefits and pricing do not apply to this pack.

5. Refunds & Transfers

• The Spring Pack is non-refundable.

• The pack is non-transferable to other individuals once purchased.

6. Liability

• Palma Coliving is not responsible for the loss of any included benefits due to a guest’s failure to book within the eligible dates or to changes in personal circumstances.

Freedom Pack – Terms & Conditions

• These terms apply to all users purchasing or redeeming the Freedom Pack offered by Palma Coliving.

  1. Inclusions

  • The Freedom Pack includes 30 nights of accommodation in a private double bedroom across Palma Coliving locations (Mallorca, Valencia, Barcelona – more locations may be added).

  • All stays are subject to a minimum block of 5 nights per location and booking.

  • Priority booking across all Palma Coliving locations.

  • Complimentary auto-upgrade to an ensuite room when available (not guaranteed).

  • Pack is transferable: you may transfer unused nights to another person if desired.

  2. Validity & Expiration

  • The Freedom Pack is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

  • All nights must be used within this period. Unused nights will expire and will not be refunded or extended.

  3. Booking Conditions

  • Stays must be booked with a minimum of 5 nights per location – no exceptions apply.

  • All bookings are subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the guest to book in advance to ensure preferred dates and locations.

  • Auto-upgrades to ensuite rooms are based on availability only and cannot be confirmed in advance.

  4. Limitations

  • The Freedom Pack cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon code, or discounted rate.

  • Priority Pass membership prices or benefits do not apply when redeeming nights from the Freedom Pack.

  5. Refunds & Transfers

  • The Freedom Pack is non-refundable.

  • The pack is transferable to another individual only for unused nights, upon written request and approval from Palma Coliving.

  6. Liability

  • Palma Coliving is not liable for the loss of any unused nights due to a guest’s failure to book within the validity period or due to unavailability during peak seasons

Pre-Book 2025 Packs Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Pre-Book Packs 2025, including:

• 30-Night Double Bedroom Pack

• 30-Night Ensuite Bedroom Pack

• 90-Night Ensuite+ Bedroom Pack

1. Validity Period

• Valid for stays between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

• All nights must be used within the 2025 calendar year.

2. No Minimum Stay Required

• You are free to stay as long or as short as you’d like—no minimum 1-month stay required.

3. Use Your Nights Freely

• Use your nights across any Palma Coliving location (Barcelona, Valencia, or Mallorca).

• Nights may be split between different stays, cities, and dates.

4. Subject to Availability

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer and holidays).

• Priority booking is granted to Pre-Book Pack holders, as long as availability remains.

• Booking is on a first come, first served basis.

6. Transferability & Gifting

• Packs are non-refundable but may be:

  • Gifted to another person.

  • Transferred with prior notice and written approval from Palma Coliving.

7. Booking & Activation

• Once purchased, you’ll receive a unique booking code and pack confirmation via email.

• Use this code when booking through our team or website.

• Klarna instalment payment is available at checkout for stress-free booking.

• Bookings must be made in advance to guarantee availability, particularly during high-demand periods.

8. Changes & Cancellations

• Once booked, standard cancellation policies apply (see Palma Coliving Cancellation Policy).

• Changes to travel dates are permitted with at least 14 days’ notice before your check-in date.

9. Pack Expiration

• All nights must be used before December 31, 2025.

• Unused nights do not carry over to 2026.
