Palma Coworking Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Coworking Membership Terms
By filling out and submitting your Coworking Membership application, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Each Coworking member enters into an agreement with Palma Coliving, managed by SL Lucky Paradise (headquarters: Carrer del Vi, 3, 3-b, 07012 Palma, Illes Balears, CIF: B16673394). For the purposes of these rules, we will refer to this company as “Palma Coliving.”
2. Coworking Membership Eligibility
Palma Coworking is exclusively for individuals living in the city who want to connect with like-minded professionals. Membership is by application only, ensuring a curated and professional community. Coworking Members must be at least 18 years old.
3. Coworking Hours & Access
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no access on weekends or nighttime).
- Access is limited to coworking spaces, lounges, gardens, and common areas.
- Private rooms are reserved for coliving residents.
- The kitchen is available to coworking members outside peak hours, provided the space is kept clean.
- Security: Coworking Members will receive a key box code for access, updated monthly. Sharing access codes is strictly prohibited.
4. Membership & Payments
- Memberships auto-renew; you need to confirm if you’re not interested in renewing before the current period ends.
- The 3-month membership is non-cancelable once you have agreed on it
- Pricing:
- Trial day pass: €10 (limited to one pass per person as a trial before committing).
- 1-month membership: €180/month
- 3-month membership: €150/month (provides ~15% discount per month).
- All prices include 21% VAT.
- Payments are processed via Stripe (recurring monthly payments except for the day pass).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds will be issued once the membership is active until the end of the period.
- 3-month memberships require at least 10 days’ notice for cancellation.
- If the coworking space must close due to unforeseen circumstances, compensation will be provided in the form of free extra day(s).
6. Guests & Plus One Policy
- Coworking Members cannot bring a plus one to the coworking space, unless to explore quickly the facilities, but prior approval from our Happiness Officer is required.
- If a friend wants to try out the space for the full day, please notify our team in advance; they can purchase a day pass (subject to availability).
7. Workspace Use & Conduct
- Hot desk system: Desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Phone calls: No phone booths yet, but an alternative call space is provided.
- Coworking Members must keep a quiet work environment, respect others, and clean up after themselves.
- Mobile devices: Phones should be kept on silent mode, and calls must be taken in designated areas.
8. Wellness & Events
- Participation in wellness activities (yoga, meditation, guest speakers, workshops, etc.) is optional and may require an extra charge and subject to availability.
9. Community Guidelines & Behavior
- Palma Coworking fosters a positive and professional environment.
- Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Dress code: Coworking Members should wear appropriate attire while in the space.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children are not permitted as Palma Private Social Club is an adults-only environment.
10. Mail & Personal Belongings
- The coworking space is not responsible for personal belongings.
- Mail and packages cannot be received at the coworking space.
11. Property Use & Facilities
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside; designated smoking areas are available.
- Food and beverages must be consumed in designated areas.
- Workstations are first-come, first-served, and Coworking members should not leave desks unattended for more than two hours.
12. Liability & Responsibility
- Coworking Members and their guests enter the premises at their own risk.
- Palma Coliving is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises, except in cases of negligence.
- Coworking Members are responsible for their own property and should not leave items unattended.
13. Termination of Membership
- Palma Coliving reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of:
- Rule violations or disruptive behavior.
- Failure to pay membership dues.
- Coworking Members must vacate the premises immediately and return any property belonging to Palma Coliving upon termination.
14. Modifications & Amendments
- Palma Coliving reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
- Coworking Members will be notified of any significant changes.
- We reserve the right of admission, and all Coworking members must go through a selection process before approval.
15. Proposing New Members
- Coworking Members are encouraged to refer like-minded professionals to our community.
- Coworking Members who successfully refer a new approved coworking member will receive a €50 discount on their next monthly payment.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
- Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
