Loved my time here! Met the most amazing people and did so many new activities. Yoga, clay working, snorkelling, tapas and drink nights, cliff diving, boat trips, chilling on the incredible beaches. Thanks Aga for making the stay comfortable and being such a great personality! Also was able to work effectively in the main coworking space. There’s good internet, comfortable chairs and monitors that you can rent if you need it.

Palma Co-living was my 2nd co-living experience and 1st co-living experience in Europe. As always my attitude: "zero expectations" and with the mind set to "make the most of it!"I stayed in the Villa for 2 months and absolutely loved my experience because of the following:(1) the Villa was big enough to have your own privacy and personal space to work, yet felt like home in being able to run into your other housemates over morning coffee chats or evening dinners to plan activities during the week or weekend.(2) The location was great, walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, about 10 mins walk away from Santa Catalina, and close to the bus stops if you wanted to make a trek down city center or explore beaches that are about 20/30mins bus ride away(3) Community was the most important while co-living and I met the most amazing yet humble people who were once strangers but resulted in such strong memorable friendships. We would make endless activities whether it be beach days, road trips to explore other towns on the island, games night, spontaneous dinner plans or even evening trips to get some good gelato! Yoga classes were offered by the one and only Fabi! And def the highlight of my 2 months here was renting a boat with the 2 houses combined. Pretty amazing to leave the co-living experience on a high note with forever friends from all over the world!(4) Last but not least, Aga, the Happiness Officer, was always there to listen to concerns and issues and truly make sure that you had everything you need. She was someone who you can sit down over a coffee or drink and have great conversations for hours. She genuinely cares about everyone's experience and tries every possible way to ensure everyone was included, and that everyone was getting the most of their time here.Overall, I highly recommend everyone to try the Palma Co-living experience in Mallorca. Mallorca is for sure a large island with plenty of things to do, from hiking, exploring towns, the gorgeous beaches, and even the night life or culture. There is never a shortage of things to do! It really comes down to what YOU want to do and taking charge of your time here! Nothing is perfect, and it never will be, but if you are looking to explore a beautiful island, make some great friends and memories don't think twice!Ciao!

Hi everybody,5 stars aren't enough for Palma Coliving. Really fantastic in every way - from the beautiful, luminous rooms; to the living rooms and other co-working spaces; to the huge kitchen and pool out on the deck for relaxing; not to mention of course, the convivial living atmosphere - I felt at home with the community from the first moment. The staff quickly became friends and the location can't be beat - near to the centre but still providing an oasis of calm.Among many shining points; regular 'tapas' nights, pub crawls, bbqs, and other networking events were a great way to meet and greet people, as well as the city itself. All the perfect ingredients for a person to mix as they like, in short, I can't recommend Palma Coliving highly enough.I'm jealous of anyone going to stay, but hopefully I'll book again soon myself! All the very best,Bradley

I loved my stay at Palma Coliving Mallorca. It was my first time working from a coliving. I met amazing people there and had a really great time. I really liked how some nights were planned with activities but there were also nights open to be organized by the community. Thanks also to Aga the Happiness Manager who's a really lovely person and did a great job!

I stayed at this co-living villa for three weeks and was quite disappointed. The villa is in major disrepair and does not match the photos on Google Maps, which are likely from when it was much newer. There is a lot of unused furniture and broken items stored around the yard, and the fountain is not working.I was supposed to get a room with a balcony and a private bathroom, but I ended up in a damp basement room with a shared bathroom. Other guests had similar experiences with discrepancies between what was promised and what they received. Despite paying for the highest room rate, I was given one of the lowest quality rooms, and the difference was not refunded. While the community manager tried to foster a sense of community, it felt disorganized, and there was little interaction among guests (with the exception of weekend self-organized acitivities). This made my stay as a digital nomad lonely and isolated.Overall, the villa is not as advertised, and the management is poor. Be cautious before booking, as you may not get what you paid for, and refunds are not provided.

It was my second time in the coliving, and again I absolutely loved it. It’s both the villa, the amazing community and the island of Mallorca that I fell in love with, all of it just made an unforgettable experience! The people make the experience, so also a special thanks to Agnieszka our wonderful happiness officer of the coliving for making all of this happen and sharing a great time together ????????????

I recently had the pleasure of spending three unforgettable months at Palma Coliving during the summer of 2023, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. From cozy communal areas to spacious private quarters, every corner of the coliving space exuded warmth and comfort. What truly sets Palma Coliving apart is its vibrant community atmosphere. From day one, I felt welcomed with open arms by a diverse group of like-minded individuals from around the globe. Whether sharing stories over communal meals or embarking on adventures together, the sense of camaraderie fostered here is truly unparalleled. The staff (Ewa & Aleksandra) deserve special commendation for their unwavering commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every resident. Responsive, attentive, and always ready to lend a helping hand, they went above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where residents could thrive.

I had such an awesome experience staying at Palma Coliving! I met there absolutely amazing people. The location is great too. Maybe 10 minutes walk to the part of the city with all the cool cafes and restaurants, 5 minutes to the forest and 15 minutes to a very well equipped gym (Viding). It was a perfect base for road trips and hikes. The Palma Coliving stuff created a very good environment for people to bond, and tp get to know each other. There is also a coworking space, and lots of beautiful common areas.

As a digital nomad from Barcelona seeking a refreshing change, Palma Coliving surpassed all expectations! Just a short trip away, I immersed myself in the vibrant energy of Palma de Mallorca, with its breathtaking beaches and lively city ambiance. ????️????From the moment I arrived, I felt embraced by genuine warmth and hospitality. Thanks to the incredible team, especially Natalia and the co-founders Matthieu and Hugo, I immediately felt at home. Their dedication and care created a welcoming environment that made my stay unforgettable. The enchanting garden and terrace became the perfect spot for BBQs and poolside get-togethers with fellow nomads, fostering connections and unforgettable moments. ????????????‍♀️Palma Coliving not only provided a cozy private ensuite room for relaxation but also organized digital nomad events and coworking days, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration. It was a haven for creativity, comfort, and personal growth.I can't thank the team enough for their exceptional efforts. I'd love to return to Palma Coliving to create more cherished memories in this idyllic oasis! ????❤️

I stayed for 3 weeks in November and had a great time. Nice, spacious room with desk to work from and bathroom in the main house. I am older so I was pleased to see quite an age range staying at the house. All were interesting and talented. Great experience all round.

Palma co-living was just what I needed after 4 months of remote work between airbnbs and private rooms in a hostel. The house is of a very high standard in an excellent neighborhood. It's well laid out with multiple work, living, kitchen a and social spaces. What was the best for me though was the attention to building community. The fabulous Sarah is the "happiness host" and ensured there were planned activities for us to connect and also ensuring we respected the co-living community guidelines. I met wonderful people, felt inspired and loved the Island. I'd recommend this to anyone.

The community at Palma Coliving is top tier. I met so many friends and had so much fun during my stay. The house is nice and the wifi works great in both the community area and in the rooms. The rooms are on the pricier side though, but personally I thought it was worth it in the end for the community and I would definitely go there again.

I had a really good experience for my first time in a coliving. It's definitely the perfect way to enjoy your (short/mid term) stay on the island as it allows you to meet cool people and share a lot of activities. The good point for me is even if it's a coliving, you are still free to definite your own balance between work time, personal time and sharing time.Room prices can be a little bit higher than a classic shared flat but it's a great value for money (quality of beds, equipments and general comfort) and the experience you will probably have at the villa is priceless.Thank you for everything guys !Max from France

An incredible experience !For my first time in a coliving, Palma Coliving has perfectly fit what I expected: meet amazing internationals people in a wonderful location with good infrastructures for work. The organization (the hapiness officer + Matt) makes it easy to meet villa's people and to plan nice activities. There are many rooms to work depending on your needs, the tower is very quiet, perfect for a call, the coworking space is more animated, etc ...The outdoor space is very nice, especially the table and the pool, also there are some beautiful fruit trees (orange/lemon/loquat).We had two yoga sessions a week, tapas night, dance lessons offered by the villa, which is very nice.I can only recommand this place, for a 1-3 months stay, it's perfect !Oh.. and Mallorca ... it's amazing 😀

Although, from my point of view, the price/room is higher than I usually pay, the connection you create with the other people is priceless. Thank you, Matt for everything!!!! :*

Great place to start exploring your options as a remote worker. If you are still doubting to take this"big step", just book here in Coliving Palma, Mallorca. Not only the house and the people in it give you an amazing experience. The island itself and the city of Palma are in my opinion the best place to start your new lifestyle as a remote worker. No stress about the internet connection, no stress about feeling alone, always new ideas,...Give it a try and it might be the start of a new journey for you.

I stayed for over one month in the palma coliving and overall it was an amazing experience due to the many great people I met there.Matt and Sol, the happiness manager, do a lot to create a community vibe, like organising tapas nights for the house, community breakfasts, table tennis tournaments, meditation sessions etc. Another big plus is that there is generally a lot of space to work and hang out, free coffee and tea. The Wifi works well. Whenever there was a problem, Matt immediately took care of it and he is very active in the Palma digital nomad community so that you will be up to date on the haps in the city. I really appreciate his responsiveness and enthusiasm. What I think could be improved, however, is the quality of the furniture and overall appliances. Especially the living room could use an upgrade to make it a bit more cozy and inviting to hang out. The rooms are rather small, especially considering the price of 50 euros per night. But overall I value it a lot especially because it is a great base to explore the island and connect with the digital nomad community.

The Palma Coliving was an excellent first experience for me.Here is a list of the different points I really liked :- Nice coworking space, desks and proper chairs- Good wifi- Free tea & coffee- Events organized all along the week to gather all the members (community meeting, dinners, sport activities, visits of the city, digital nomad meeting, workshop and more)- Cleaning of the house twice a week- An amazing happiness officer (Sol)Here is one points to maybe improve :- you’ll find fitness equipment in the house but don’t expect a proper « gym room » as shown on the photo of the websiteApart from this point, I would highly recommend the experience in the coliving. Matthieu does the best to satisfy the needs of everyone and makes your experience as dynamic and social as possible.I will keep amazing memories from this month in Palma. Thanks Matt & Sol for the experience ☀️

I am living in Palma coliving since about 2 months and I had an amazing stay so far! The community is great with nice digital nomads & entrepreneurs and the villa is fantastic with a comfortable working area with ergonomic chairs + a couple of hot desks, a meeting room on the top of the house and private desk in the bedroom to make private calls. The cleaning is twice a week in commons areas and once a week in the bedroom to leave the house clean & tidy all time. There are two kitchens which allow us to have enough spaces for cooking with the community & a nice garden with a pool to enjoy the outdoor areas together! I really advice this place as a great place to stay for remote workers with plenty of events that we organise during our stay such as community session, meditation, cooking dinner, skill share & networking event ????

After reading all of the previous reviews and the website, we booked a room here expecting a really good time.I don’t normally write negative reviews online, but after this experience, I feel compelled to warn others of what to really expect.Whilst the community itself was pretty good, For the rates Matt is charging, it was a massive disappointment for a number of reasons.1. The cleanliness of the communal areas. There were cigarette butts, chewing gum and dusty furniture on arrival at the villa (see pic). No one in our apartment smoked so this clearly just hadn’t been cleaned. To make matters worse Matt asked for extra money to have our rooms cleaned! (Watch out for all the hidden extra costs - in the end we managed to dispute this after a lot of back and forth to get this included..)2. Mis-representation of the villa - the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. There is no meeting room. There are just two open kitchen areas with other guests freely walking in and out, so you can’t take private calls in there. The other option is to take calls in the “meditation room” but this room has no air conditioning. One of the desks is actually a pool table. The website talks about how you can “Live and work in luxury” but in reality, its like “living and working in a student flat” a lot of guests complained about furniture being broken, not having a proper bed, cockroaches etc.3. Being promised essential things on our initial call that were not delivered. Several times we requested a desk in our room for working but this was not provided.4. Unfair working practices - I felt uncomfortable when I arrived being introduced to the happiness officer, who was actually an unpaid volunteer. Matt would shy away from resolving problems and pass these on to the happiness officer who in turn was significantly over worked. It felt like the happiness officer was being taken advantage of, working 6 days a week, with not much care for his welfare.I have to say the happiness officer bought a great sense of community to the house and we met some great, kind people during our stay. And If we were paying budget rates some of the above points would be ok, but at over Eur 1500 + VAT per month, the whole thing was terrible value for money.Dealing with Matt was not a great experience, he just didn’t open his eyes and ears to some of the basic issues at hand. Despite trying to resolve some of the issues, Matt failed to make any sort of sincere apology.

I had a great month in Palma. Matthieu has done a great job at finding a place and creating a community. Everyone at the closing was welcoming, and there was always something to do, whether it was tapas at the villa, dinner out, or weekend trips there was always something to do, and people happy to join in activities. I would do it again, and I’m already eyeing their other locations for next summer.

I had an amazing time at Palma coliving. I was there in March-April 2021, I met great people, had fun and learnt that you can have the best experience in the most gloomy times. Great place to work and live, the house is really nice, spacious, with many indoor and outdoor spaces to chill out or work. The location is great. There are many events and a sense of community, a lots of activities are planned that you can choose to be part of. The kitchen a bit small for that many people, not enough space to store food in fridges and to cook. The dishwasher did not work properly but it was repaired after I left. But I guess that was the only frustrating part for me. Everything else was great.

Amazing place to work and to live ! I've discovered the Coliving concept for the first time thanks to PalmaColiving, trying to escape the Covid and lockdowns regulations in France. It has been not only a safe environment to live (very low number of covid cases in the Island) but a fantastic place to meet like minded people from all over the world. Accommodations is perfect, I needed to work from home : wifi is so fast ! Palma and Mallorca are breathtaking , this is a one in lifetime experience. Don't think twice, come and explore !

The new place in Palma is amazing. I won't tell you about the weather, it's just a dream! At walking distance through the sea promenade you can access the main attractions. There is a supermarket 5minutes walk, the Castle with a huge park to walk, exercise, meditate... You want to do something, name it, everything is possible here! The spacious 4-storey house has been newly refurbished to luxurious and high standards in a very safe residential area close to the marina.Matthieu is a great host that will make you feel at ease and at home. It's also fantastic to live as part of a community that are like-minded and boost each other on a daily basis. There are two options, you can live in that awesome mansion as a co-liver or just enjoy the co-working space and communal area during the working hours. I can only recommend you to treat yourself with this inspiring and boosting experience for one month or more!

Palma Coliving in Barcelona is a hidden gem. I had no idea about that coliving even as I was staying in co-livings for a long time, and visiting Barcelona frequently. It's just next to Park Güell up the hill, so it's more calm and less polluted than the rest of the city. The house is spectacular. With its own swimming pool, and a sauna. There is a very cool, sunny, well-equipped co-working there. The 2 kitchens, a big dining room and a wonderful shared area with a projector and a big screen to watch movies together are a nice space to get to know other coliving guests. I had a really good time there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palma Coliving in Barcelona, and it was an exceptional experience that I am eager to share. The accommodation was nothing short of perfect, receiving a flawless ten out of ten. The rooms were the epitome of comfort, offering a tranquil space where one could unwind after a bustling day in the city. Waking up to the serene views of Tibidabo and the bustling city center was a daily delight that added an extra touch of magic to my stay.In terms of leisure and activities, Palma Coliving outdid itself, earning another ten out of ten. There was never a dull moment, with an abundance of in-house activities that catered to every interest and mood. From the relaxing sauna sessions to the refreshing swims in the pool, and the grounding Yoga to invigorating Chi Qong classes, there was something for everyone. It was the perfect way to balance work and play. The number of members during my stay was slightly lower, which I attribute to the off-season. However, this aspect did not detract from the experience. In fact, it contributed to a more tranquil and intimate atmosphere, which I personally enjoyed. I would rate this an eight out of ten. A special shoutout to Deborah, the Community Manager, who did an incredible job in making everyone feel connected and at home, despite the smaller crowd. The coworking space was impeccable, meeting all my needs and expectations, thus deserving a solid ten out of ten. The space was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and spacious, offering everything one might require for a productive day.Lastly, the location of Palma Coliving could not have been better for me, easily earning another ten out of ten. Nestled close to nature and right next to Park Guell, it provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Yet, it was conveniently located within a 20-minute walk to the heart of Gracia, with excellent bus and metro connections to central Barcelona. In conclusion, my stay at Palma Coliving in Barcelona was an extraordinary experience, marked by impeccable accommodations, a plethora of activities, a cozy community atmosphere, a top-notch coworking space, and an unbeatable location. It's a gem in Barcelona that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of productivity, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

I stayed here during the opening month and had the best stay! It’s an absolutely beautiful property, very spacious with a nice coworking space and swimming pool. Plus they have events organised every week and a projector in the lounge for movie nights, so it’s easy to bond with other digital nomads. It’s within walking distance of Parc Gaudi and you can also walk into town or take the metro (but it is up a hill so it’s a nice work out when you head home!)I would definitely stay here again

It is my second time at a Palma Coliving (previously I was at the one in Palma de Mallorca) and I couldn't have liked the experience more. Best of all, the people you meet. It creates a great environment to connect and help each other. The Barcelona villa is spectacular, with a huge garden, pool and views of the city (it is next to the famous Parc Güell). The common areas are ideal for connecting with other digital nomads, especially the work area which has everything you need. There is a projector to watch movies, a super-equipped kitchen and even a sauna! The rooms are super spacious and I remember that they also had a little house for those who wanted to travel with their pet ????The last thing to add is that they organize activities for the colivers to get to know each other, I loved the tapas night, everything was great! I will return without a doubt!

Palma coliving Barcelona is for sure the best place to meet nice people. Beautiful coliving villa with an amazing garden, the bedrooms are comfortable with different type of offer & prices (private bathroom or shared, private inside balcony or direct access to sauna etc.), and the coworking is fully equipped. Located close to the metro & bus station, nearby Gracia district. Great place for staying at least 1 month while working remotely & discovering a new place with great people !!

The Palma Co-living space in Barcelona is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious with large wardrobes for your things. The room I stayed in with my friend had double sinks and a big bath tub too!The communal areas (kitchen, dining room & co-working space / living room) are all decent size. There is a big projector for movie nights with friends.Outside there is a garden with sun beds, a hammock and a big swimming pool. There is gym equipment, yoga classes 3x per week and even a sauna. The internet speed was great, I didn’t have any issues while working from here. Matthieu and Hugo the owners are so friendly, and so were the other nomads staying here. There is a metro station just a 10 minute walk away and it takes 15 minutes on the tube to get to the centre which is so easy. The house is at the top of a hill so you’ll also get your step count in on the way back from the city lol!I would definitely recommend!!

As a digital nomad from Barcelona looking for change, Palma coliving surprised me a lot! The Coliving property is definitely unique compared to the others in the city: the "villa-style" with its unique private garden/swimming people, its location: nearby Gracia district one of the most dynamic district for me so far, the "family vibes" thanks to the selected community to make sure to be aligned with their conscious values such as creating meaningful connection, or organising event together to enjoy every moment of our stay. Thank you Palma team and I'll definitely come back to one of you other location!

Palma Coliving and Palma Club:
The Perfect Combination for Your Stay

After these last few years, we recognized how crucial it is for our coliving experience to have amazing like-minded individuals joining our space. Many residents chose to stay in the city and find their own spaces but still wanted to be part of our vibrant community. We officially opened the Private Social Club to welcome selected professionals who can enjoy our facilities, meet coliving guests, and participate in daily events, fostering synergies between our residents and expats living in the city.

PET POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at Villa Armadans, but we do at Casa Turull Coliving in Barcelona.

Why do we believe that Barcelona is the best option for traveling with pets?

Our coliving in Barcelona has a 2600m2 park where your dog can have fun and feel free. We also have some rooms with direct access to the garden.
On the other hand, Barcelona is without a doubt the most pet-friendly city in Spain. Your dog child will be able to travel on the subway and train without any problem (you just have to take him with a leash of up to 50 cm and a muzzle in the case of some specific breeds).
Barcelona has multiple pet-friendly cafes and restaurants and even many pet-friendly beaches that you can access by train or metro.

To find out more, visit our Casa Turull coliving in Barcelona by clicking here.

What payment methods do you have?

You can easily book your room directly on our website with a secure, full payment. If you prefer, you can schedule a 15-minute call with our team for assistance with the booking process. They’ll guide you through everything and send your invoice along with a payment link for the full amount.

For Winter Packages:

We understand that paying the entire 3-month reservation in advance can mean a significant expense. For this reason, and as an exception for this promotion only, we offer the possibility of paying only 70% in advance and the remaining 30% will be paid in advance before the start of each month.

For example, if you book for December, January and February:
-You must pay 70% at the time of booking.
-You will pay 15% before January 1st.
-And finally, you will pay the other remaining 15% before February 1st.

Please note that this promotion cannot be combined with other offers and applies only to brand-new bookings of 3 months, not for extensions.

What about the 100€ referral bonus?

Good question! This is how it works:

-Every time someone books a room coming from you, you will get a 100€ voucher that you can use on your next booking.

-Your friend should book a call with us and let us know he is coming from your side (if the person books directly on the website we have no way of tracking it down).

-We will let you know and you have your 100€ available to use on your next booking for 12 months.

-The voucher is unlocked once your friend books and pays for their room.

-This promotion is available all year long, it doesn’t matter if it’s winter season or summer season, we will always love to welcome your friends at Palma Coliving!

MINIMUM STAY

Our minimum stay at Villa Armadans in Mallorca is 14 nights, and we provide a 10% discount for stays of 3 months (90 nights). The 2-week minimum stay remains important for us as it allows us to create meaningful connections rather than a fast travel experience. At Palma Coliving, we aim for you to feel like part of our family, offering opportunities to connect with other guests, be productive, and explore Mallorca to the fullest extent possible.

CAR - PARKING

You don’t need a car when you want to join the coliving in Mallorca. Our Coliving is located 15’ walking distance from the DownTown of Palma de Mallorca.

However, for the weekend we definitely recommend you share a car with the other guests so that you can explore the beautiful island! Many times the Palma Coliving community manages to share cars for weekend activities.

We don’t have parking available in the building. You can park in the street for free (although in high season there are usually lots of cars) or pick a private parking close to the house.

FOOD - GROCERIES

Food is not included in your stay, however, we offer fresh weekly fruits, unlimited coffee, tea, and filtered water included in your stay.

We usually also organize community lunches on Wednesdays and family dinners on Fridays, where you usually bring your own food or share expenses with the other guests. Special event: we include food & drink during our popular private event called “ the tapas night” included during your stay.  The communal kitchen is fully equipped and can be used by everyone. 5 minutes walk from the Villa Armadans you’ll find a big supermarket “Mercadona” and lots of cafes and restaurants to fill up your belly!

WEATHER

In Spain, winter temperatures during a sunny day vary around 18 degrees and in summer from 24 to 30 degrees. The biggest difference is the cooler nights in the winter, where you need a good hoody at night.

For example, Mallorca Island has good weather year-round, with around 300 days of sunshine per year. Palma, the capital also has been mentioned as “one of the Best Places to Live in the World”, according to the Sunday Times. It considers Palma de Mallorca like that because “it has everything”. The newspaper highlighted the “exceptional climate” and cultural weight of the old town of “one of the most picturesque Spanish” with beaches in urban surroundings.

BEACHES

The beach in the center of the city is a 30 min walk from the coliving. It’s better to go by bike or bus to the closest beach in the city. Many colivers prefer to explore and discover the island, by renting a car to visit the most beautiful beaches.

You can also get to beautiful calas, like Illetes, in a 15-minute bus drive. The bus stop is right in the block of the coliving! We recommend you take a look.

Beach towels are not included and please don’t use the shower towel we provide during your stay  🙂

AC / FAN

Air conditioning is everywhere in the coliving in Villa Armadans. All the rooms are equipped with A/C as well as most of the commons areas.
