In Casa Turull coliving in Barcelona, there is a proper coworking and also in every room, you'll have your private desk.

Casa Turull coliving has a total of 10 bedrooms. Five of them have AC and the other five have ceiling fans. In addition, our coworking space is also provided with AC so you can work comfortably. Simply ask us in case you have a preference but it should be written as well during the booking process in each room type.

Explore the city by bike! You can find many bikes stops around the city and Mallorca is one of the best spots to go for cycling. Contact our local partner to rent your own bike, prices start from 15€ per day to 12€ per day for longer rent!

You can move around the city by public buses or subway. A one-way ticket costs 2.40€, but we recommend you buy a T-10 ticket and you pay almost half of the price! (You can buy it at any train or subway station).

The easiest way is to get a prepaid Lyca mobile card or Movistar, or any of the Carrefour stores, AlCampo, and El Corte Ingles.

If you prefer to move by car, we recommend the next options:

>For short distances: make sure you download these apps on your phone. This way you will be able to order a car from any place in the city and have the best price: Cabify, Uber, Bolt & FreeNow.

> For a few hours or to use during the day: we recommend you use some car-sharing services. This way you can pick a car next to your location. It's super fast and you don´t need any keys. The most known platforms are Amovens or Ubeeqo.

>For long rentals or to use for several days: You have lots of rental companies to choose from. If you check our Digital Nomads Map in Barcelona, we selected for you the closest to Palma Coliving. You can pick from Hertz, Sixt, and OkMobility.

>Walk distance supermarkets: SUMA, Condis, Caprabo, and SuperVerd.
>Bigger supermarkets: if you need to buy something specific, we recommend you to go to Mercadona, SuperCor, Lidl, or Carrefour. The best option is to make an order online and they will deliver your purchase at Palma Coliving the day you prefer.

We have designated some bedrooms in Casa Turull Coliving Barcelona that may suit best the pet lover and won’t affect the other guests. We accept small dogs (up to 15kg) according to availability. If you have doubts about which rooms are pet-friendly we recommend you book a call with our team so we can assist you in your selection process.

• What are the rules regarding pets?

We love animals and have some rules that must be followed to ensure an amazing experience for all house guests.
- Pets will have unlimited access to the gardens and terraces, as well as to the room where they must have their food, water, and bed. Dogs will also be able to access the coworking space and common areas, as long as it is in common agreement with the rest of the guests.
-To ensure hygiene and keep everything clean, we ask you not to let the dogs enter the kitchen area.
- Although we love our dog buddies, we know they can lose some hair every now and then. Please do not let them get on any couch in the coliving. We understand that not all guests will be happy if they sit around and get hair on their clothes.
-We love animals and we love that they can share the nomad lifestyle with their owners, but to guarantee a good experience in each coliving we can only host a maximum of 2 dogs, depending on the availability and approval of the rest of the guests.
-In the case of bookings with pets, we ask for a deposit of €300 (instead of €150) just in case something is broken or damaged. Don't worry, this money will be returned during checkout if everything is in perfect condition!
-It is mandatory for pet owners to take the dog out for a walk and do their business on the street (AKA: pee and poop). Please prevent pets from doing it in the Coliving gardens or common areas. If this happens, we ask for your collaboration by picking it up or cleaning it with water and bleach to prevent it from happening again!

You can easily book your room directly on our website with a secure, full payment. If you prefer, you can schedule a 15-minute call with our team for assistance with the booking process. They’ll guide you through everything and send your invoice along with a payment link for the full amount.

For Winter Packages:

We understand that paying the entire 3-month reservation in advance can mean a significant expense. For this reason, and as an exception for this promotion only, we offer the possibility of paying only 70% in advance and the remaining 30% will be paid in advance before the start of each month.

For example, if you book for December, January and February:
-You must pay 70% at the time of booking.
-You will pay 15% before January 1st.
-And finally, you will pay the other remaining 15% before February 1st.

Please note that this promotion cannot be combined with other offers and applies only to brand-new bookings of 3 months, not for extensions.

Good question! This is how it works:

-Every time someone books a room coming from you, you will get a 100€ voucher that you can use on your next booking. 

-Your friend should book a call with us and let us know he is coming from your side (if the person books directly on the website we have no way of tracking it down).

-We will let you know and you have your 100€ available to use on your next booking for 12 months. 

-The voucher is unlocked once your friend books and pays for their room.

Our minimum stay at Casa Turull coliving is 30 nights, and we provide a 10% discount for stays of 3 months (90 nights). We have different prices and room options that fit your budget. Prices vary by length of stay and by occupation of 1 or 2 guests.

Our room prices vary between the summer and winter seasons. Please visit our website for current rates. During the winter season in Casa Turull (from November 1st to March 1st), prices start from 1550 euros for a double bedroom. During the summer season ( from March to November), prices start from 1800 euros for a double bedroom.

Please note: Most of our shared bathrooms are shared with a maximum of 1 room. If you plan to invite an extra guest for the entire duration of your stay, there is a 30% surcharge on top of the regular price. For short stays, this surcharge increases to 50% of the daily rate. Extra guests have to be announced to the team to avoid confusion for the rest of the community.

We have a fully equipped kitchen available for all guests to use. It's specifically designed for our community, featuring ample counter space. Each guest at Palma Coliving has their own designated box for groceries and a shelf in the fridge. In the coliving, you will have a big kitchen + an extra kitchen extension.
You’ll have 2 fridges, multiple storage spaces, 2 ovens, a dishwasher, and any element you might need to cook. The kitchen has a lot of natural light, a window facing the garden and it’s directly connected to the dining area of the house.

Barcelona is an amazing city! You have multiple places to visit and explore, depending on your preferences. But, don’t worry! We will give you our top recommendations. Once you arrive in Palma Coliving we will send you our special GOOGLE MAPS with all the best places pinned. You just need to open the map and go explore! We took care of everything!

You don't need a car to visit Barcelona.  Coliving is located 10’ walking from Gracia District and 7 minutes walking from the metro station. If you come by car or you want to rent one anyway, you should know that we have a parking spot available inside the property.

Many times the Palma Coliving community manages to share cars for weekend activities. You can also share a car with others during your monthly stay.

Tip: Have travel insurance that covers car rentals so that you don't have to pay the additional costs at the rental agency. 

We also have parking in the villa to facilitate your stay if you are renting a car.

Food is not included in your stay, however, we offer fresh weekly fruits, unlimited coffee, tea, and filtered water included in your stay.

We usually also organize community lunches on Wednesdays and family dinners on Fridays, where you usually bring your own food or share expenses with the other guests. Special event: we include food & drink during our popular private event called “ the tapas night” included during your stay.  The communal kitchen is fully equipped and can be used by everyone. Just a 5-minute walk from Casa Turull you’ll find some supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants to fill up your belly! You can also order online in any supermarket like Carrefour, but also in other apps like Glovo, Uber Eats and Amazon.

Barcelona enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. Here’s an overview of the weather throughout the year:

• Winter (December to February): The coldest months are January and February, with average highs around 14°C (57°F) and lows around 6°C (43°F). Rainfall is moderate, with January receiving about 40mm (1.6 inches) over 4 days. Snow is rare, occurring only a few days per year.
• Spring (March to May): Temperatures begin to rise, with average highs reaching 21.9°C (71.4°F) by May. Rainfall is moderate, and the days get longer with increasing sunshine.
• Summer (June to August): This is the hottest period, with average highs around 27.5°C (81.5°F) in August. Rainfall is minimal, and the sea temperature becomes ideal for swimming, peaking at around 25.3°C (77.5°F)​.
• Autumn (September to November): Temperatures gradually decrease, with September still quite warm at 24.5°C (76.1°F). October is the wettest month, receiving around 73mm (2.87 inches) of rain. By November, temperatures drop further to average highs of 16.3°C (61.3°F).

Throughout the year, Barcelona has relatively high humidity levels, particularly in the spring and autumn, and experiences moderate wind speeds. The city enjoys plenty of sunshine, especially in the summer months, making it a popular destination for beachgoers and tourists seeking warm weather.

You have multiple beaches in Barcelona and also others in some towns close by. The “Barceloneta” beach is in the south of the city, 40 minutes by metro or bus (we are located in the north of Barcelona). Beach towels are not included and please don’t use the shower towel we provide during your stay  🙂

Our Winter Package is a 3-month offer where you can book your stay at Palma Coliving and choose to move across three different cities—Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, and Valencia—or stay in just one destination if you prefer. The choice is yours!

You can get a Winter Package any time you want, but your stay must be between November 2024 and March 2025.

You must confirm a full payment in advance to block your room due to our limited seats and high number of requests. For any cancellation: 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in.
