  • YOUR ARRIVAL

Welcome to Valencia!

📌 If you’re just getting to town, here’s how to get to Palma coliving from the airport. We made a Google itinerary to make sure you don’t get lost.

Taxi: around 23 euros and 25 minutes.

Metro: around 3 euros and 70 minutes.

Take Line M3 (color red) with direction Rafelbunyol. After 15 stops, get down at Benimaclet stop. Then, combine and take M4 (subway line 4, color blue) at Dr. Lluch’s stop. After 5 stops, get down in Beteró stop. Walk 20 minutes to Palma Coliving Valencia.

Our coliving includes your coworking space, your room, and a couple of community activities. Once per week: 1 community session, twice a month: a mastermind session and a networking event with included tapas & drinks. Your room is your own space. Make yourself comfortable and if you need anything – just let us know. Make sure you go over the coliving rules that are in your room. We want you and all co-livers to have a pleasant stay.

  • HOUSEKEEPING

Room service is once a week (please don’t close your room). We will also clean the common areas. If you would like us to change your towels and bed linens, let our happiness officer on-site know about it.

  • KITCHEN

The kitchen is a communal area where most of us hang out, make food and meet new people. Every resident has his own space in the fridge to keep groceries and some storage for dry foods. The basics – salt, sugar, olive oil and some other spices are provided and you’ll see them around.

  • WIFI

Fast WiFi connection is available at the workspace and we have a backup line in case something goes wrong. Line name:

Palma coliving // Password : Luckynomads*

  • LAUNDRY

Our coliving is equipped with laundry, which is available free of charge, including detergent. We’re happy to recommend laundry facilities within minutes walk from the coliving space if you prefer to have your clothes washed and dried. Please remember to never wash the bed linens & towels by yourself as we have special products to do so! Just ask us when you need to change it 🙂

  • COWORKING AND COMMONS AREA

Coworking space is the core of Palma coliving life. Our regular and scheduled events mostly happen in this central space or in common areas such as our garden or terraces! All seating in the office is flexible, so grab any seat you’d like and make yourself comfortable. We also put an additional private desk in your bedroom so that you can have your calls in your own privacy. Tea/coffee, water, and fresh seasonal fruits are provided free of charge.

If you have guests, they are welcome to join our community, just let us know in advance, please!

Our office is open 24/ 7 for your convenience, and Palma coliving Team office hours are 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. The team is always available to help in case you require any assistance.

Community life

Community life

There are plenty of activities to do by yourself or with others in Valencia. We also like to co-host traditional weekly events in the coliving or nearby where you can meet, connect, and share with our like-minded residents & external community.

We felt it would be nice to co-organize some events for you during your stay at Palma coliving.  Of course, nothing is mandatory as it always depends on your work schedule.

Let us know what you think about it, and if you have anything in mind to improve this calendar let us know! Everyone is welcome to co-host these events or simply join us for this community part 🙂

This is the framework of our event calendar:

Monday community meeting: Every Monday, we like to bring the community together for a little coffee time or breakfast where we do a little brainstorming to share our professional and personal intentions, talk about your goals and wishes to schedule the week with some great activities.

Tuesday workout/Digital Nomads event: From 6.30 pm, every Tuesday, we try to motivate each other during a 30-45 minute workout session in the coliving garden, it can also be a yoga session, swimming, or whatever we can bring to each other from what we learned or what we like, as long it can help us to keep a good shape to (try to) stay healthy!

We also like to support & connect our like-minded community which is why we created a Digital Nomads networking event happening usually all Tuesday in the city center from 8 PM, open for every like-minded outside of the coliving 🙂

Wednesday family lunch: usually around 1 PM it’s the best time to cut the week and enjoy lunch together. Just bring your food & we’ll share it together!

Thursday Tapas Night/Mastermind: Lucky you, we offer you twice a month a special night with local products and drinks. We can also invite some people from outside to network, share, meet, and have fun. Mastermind session: Twice a month, we can also fix a schedule during the day such as lunchtime. It takes place in our coliving or a place nearby and it’s hosted once a week with a common theme created by our residents. It can be about a professional specialty or about self-development methods in order to help us boost our skills! 1 fellow Nomad will do a 15-30 min mastermind session with a quick presentation and Q&A. After the talk and new skills are shared, be ready to get some beers and meet new nomads on the island.

Friday: We can organize a cooking dinner with a private chef or cook together, where a chef & sous-chef will cook a specialty together, yumyyyyyy!

Saturday/Sunday: Excursions, activities, beach time, chill, whatever makes you happy and helps you to relax and discover Valencia!

Every week, 2 to 3 times a week: our happiness officer is offering meditation or yoga sessions. Join us to boost your productivity & creativity, it’s included in your stay!

Monthly local BBQ: We can host that one Saturday or Sunday on our property with entrepreneurs, and freelancers we know in the city. We will share local foods, beverage and we also plan a live music session with local people, some artistic creations.. and many others to have a great social and artistic experience!

Anytime: And of course… many other activities in Valencia can be scheduled anytime, especially on the weekend! The following are on-demand or scheduled with other residents such as volleyball, snorkeling, cycling, hiking, running, swimming, surfing, kitting, paddling…

Please let everyone know about what you are looking for on the WhatsApp group so that everyone can be involved and help you to organize this activity, the goal is to have everyone who can lead the group have the best experience ever in our Palma coliving community …. 😀
