- YOUR ARRIVAL
Welcome to Tenerife!
📌 If you’re just getting to town, here’s how to get to Palma coliving from the airport. We made a google itinerary to make sure you don’t get lost.
Taxi : around 20 euros and 15 minutes.
Bus : Line 111 Costa Adeje to the stop Magma then line 467 La Caleta de Adeje until Ernesto Sarti stop. Then walk a couple of minutes to our coliving address: Palma Coliving, Urbanizacion Torviscas, 15G, Costa Adeje.
Our coliving includes your coworking spaces, your room and a couple of community activities. Once a per week: 1 community session, twice a month: a mastermind session and a networking event with included tapas & drinks. Your room is your own space. Make yourself comfortable and if you need anything – just let us know. Make sure you go over the coliving rules that are in your room. We want you and all co-livers to have a pleasant stay.
- HOUSEKEEPING
Room service is once a week. We will also clean the common areas. If you would like us to change your towels and bed linens, let our happiness officer on-site know about it.
- KITCHEN
The kitchen is a communal area where most of us hang out and cook together. Every resident has his own space in the fridge to keep groceries as well as additional space in the cupboard for dry food. The basics – salt, sugar, olive oil and some other spices are provided.
- WIFI
Optic fiber WiFi connection is available at the workspace. We also have extenders and a backup line in case something goes wrong. Line name: Palma coliving – Password: Luckynomads2021
- LAUNDRY
Our coliving is equipped with laundry, which is available free of charge, including detergent. We’re happy to recommend laundry facilities within minutes walk from the coliving space if you prefer to have your clothes washed and dried.
- COWORKING AND COMMONS AREA
Coworking space is the core of Palma coliving life. Our regular and scheduled events mostly happen in this central space or in commons areas such as our garden or terraces! All seating in the office is flexible, so grab any seat you’d like and make yourself comfortable. We have a meeting room, where you can have your own privacy to make any video conference calls. Tea/coffee, water and fresh seasonal fruits are provided free of charge.
If you have guests, they are welcome to join our community, just let us know!
Our office is open 24/ 7 for your convenience, and Palma coliving Team office hours are 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. The Palma coliving team & our happiness officer on-site are always available to help in case you require any assistance.

Community life
There are plenty of activities to do by yourself or with others on Tenerife Island. We also like to co-host traditional weekly events in the coliving or nearby where you can meet, connect and share with our like-minded residents & external community.
We felt it would be nice to co-organize some events for you during your stay at Palma coliving. Of course, nothing is mandatory as it always depends on your work schedule.
Let us know what you think about it, and if you have anything in mind to improve this calendar let us know! Everyone is welcome to co-host these events or simply join us for this community part 🙂
This is the framework of our event calendar:
Monday community meeting: every Monday, we like to bring the community together for a little coffee time or breakfast where we do a little brainstorming to share our professional and personal intentions, talk about your goals and wishes to schedule the week with some great activities.
Tuesday / workout: from 6.30pm, every Tuesday, we try to motivate each other during a 30-45 minutes workout session in the coliving or outside in the Port or the beach located just next to our home, it can be also a yoga session, swimming, or whatever we can bring to each other from what we learned or what we like, as long it can help us to keep a good shape to (try to) stay healthy!
Wednesday mastermind session: Wednesday twice a month is the mastermind session day, we fix together a schedule during the day such as lunchtime. it takes place in our coliving or a place nearby and it’s hosted once a week with a common theme created by our resident. It can be about a professional specialty or about self-development methods in order to help us to boost our skills! 1 fellow Nomad will do a 15-30 min mastermind session with a quick presentation and Q&A. After the talk and new skills shared, be ready to get yourselves some beers and meet new nomads that are on the island.
Thursday: Tapas/Local event Night: Lucky you, we offer you twice a month a special night with local products and drinks. We invite some people from outside to network, share, meet and have fun.
Friday: We can organize a community dinner with a private chef or cooking together.
Saturday/Sunday: Excursions, activities on the Island, beach time, chill, whatever makes you happy and help you to relax and discover wonderful Mallorca island!
Monthly local BBQ: we can host that one Saturday or Sunday in our property with other like-minded people we know in the city..We will share local foods, beverage and we also plan a live music session with local people, some artistic creation.. and many others to have a great social and artistic experience!
Anytime: And of course… many other activities on the island can be scheduled anytime, especially the weekend! the following are on-demand or to schedule with other residents such as volleyball, snorkeling, cycling, hiking, running, swimming, surfing, kiting, paddling…

- LOCAL BIKES
Explore the city by bike! We have a few bikes that we rent exclusively for our guests. You can find many bike stops around the city. We can help you to set up!
- PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can move around the city by public bus. One-way ticket costs on average 2.50€. You can check on gmap direction. Otherwise, you can also check on the mobile application “Guaguas” for timetables & live details.

- SIM CARD
The easiest way is to get a prepaid Lyca mobile card or Movistar, or any of the Carrefour stores, AlCampo, and El Corte Ingles.
- RENTING A CAR
Renting cars has never been as easy as in Tenerife Island. If you’re not a very experienced driver, consider getting an automatic vehicle, since there are plenty of curvy roads in the mountains once you get out of the city. We have 1 place available in our private parking if you want to put your car inside otherwise there are plenty of spaces in the street named calle madrid!
Average price: 15-35 EUR/day (1-5 days)
The deposit depends on your car insurance: if you don’t take insurance, they can hold until 700€ on your credit card on-site (no debit card). You can benchmark the best prices on rentalcars.com or doyouspain.com. You can also go to the corner, to see a local provider, just give them a call on the day to make sure you get a vehicle of your preference.
- SURF, WAKE BOARD, PADDLE
The beach is the main spot in our area to get your board. It’s great for all levels, and there are many places where you can get your equipment or join the group class, a few minutes by car from Palma coliving. As a Palma coliving member, you are entitled to special discounts and offers so we recommend you book the lessons directly through us.

- About the COVID news and prevention measures in Tenerife Island:
Preventive measures in Tenerife such as in all of Spain are: wear a mask in the private areas. Try to not kiss people when you say hello and keep a 1.5M distance outside. Wash your hand as regularly as possible. Stay home if you feel bad!
We will have new masks available in our coliving in case you still didn’t get yours to go out, they are also available quiet everywhere such as pharmacies. Sanitizers will be also available in the coliving.
In all cases, don’t forget to verify your international insurance policy and cover before your stay!
About Covid-19 situation before arriving in Tenerife: it is required to obtain a PCR (RT-PCR of COVID-19) with negative results performed within 24-48 hours prior to the arrival in Spain, or any vaccination proof.
