When can I use my nights?
You can use your nights anytime during 2025, offering you maximum flexibility. However, the pack expires on 31/12/2025, and any unused nights after this date will be forfeited.
What happen if I want to go and there is no availability?
Booking priority gives you early access to secure your spot, but availability is not guaranteed. If no rooms are available, we’ll offer the next available date. For last-minute openings or cancellations, you’ll be the first to know—perfect for a spontaneous getaway!
How much time in advance I have to use my pack/nights?
You can book your stay at any time, subject to availability, but the earlier, the better to secure your preferred dates.
What does it mean to be a Founding Member?
Founding Members are part of our first-ever Flex Pack community, enjoying exclusive benefits and recognition.
How does the booking priority work?
As a Flex Pack holder, you’ll get early access to availability before it opens to the general public. You’ll also be the first notified about last-minute openings due to cancellations, and your booking requests will take priority over new customers.
Can I use it in any coliving/city?
Yes! Flex Packs are valid for all Palma Coliving locations across our cities.
Can I go for just one or two nights?
Flex Packs are limited and allow shorter stays but, ideally, we will recommend you book for at least 5 nights per booking to join the best experience at your next location 🙂
How is the booking process once I get my pack?
After purchasing your pack, you'll book a call with our team. We'll guide you through the process, help you choose your destination, and provide details about each location. We'll also track your remaining nights to ensure you make the most of your pack throughout 2025.
What about the future stays discount?
Once you have used your pack, you can still use the promised additional discount for future stays until 31/12/2025.
Do I get Palma Social Club included in the pack?
No, the Flex Pack is exclusively for night stays and does not include a Palma Social Club membership. However, if you'd like to join the Social Club, contact our team, and we’ll provide a separate link to purchase a membership tailored to your needs.
How can I pay for my pack?
You can pay securely online via Stripe using a credit card or bank transfer. Seats are limited, so act fast—once they’re gone, the Flex Packs won’t be available again. Don’t miss this one-time opportunity to secure your spot!
