Having Doubts?
Can I work on weekends or at night?
No, the coworking space is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. As a coliving space, we want to ensure a great environment without interfering with guests’ day-to-day activities.
Do I have a fixed desk?
We offer hot desks, meaning you can pick any available spot. If you need a fixed desk, reach out to our team.
Do you have phone booths or private meeting rooms?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, there is a designated area upstairs for calls.
How do I enter the property?
Once you get your coworking pack, you’ll receive a code to access a key box. The code changes monthly for security. In the future, we plan to implement electronic locks and an app.
Can I cook in the kitchen?
You can use the kitchen to heat up food and have a break, but full cooking is not allowed to keep the space tidy for our coliving guests.
Do I have to pay for a 3-month membership upfront?
No, you’ll be charged monthly, but you cannot unsubscribe until the 3-month period is complete. If you don’t want your 3-month subscription to be automatically renewed please let us know at least 10 days in advance.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, all subscriptions are renewed automatically, except for the day-pass. Memberships require at least 10 days’ notice for cancellation.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes! We can issue an invoice with “coworking” as the description.
Do I have a locker for my stuff?
Not yet, but we’re working on implementing lockers soon.
Can I send mail or packages to the coworking space?
No, we don’t have a 24/7 front desk, so we can’t guarantee package security.
How do I get to the coworking space?
Since we’re located in La Huerta, next to Patacona Beach, the best options are bike, car, or scooter. Public transport is available, but you’ll need to walk a few blocks from the nearest stop.
