  1. Acceptance of Membership Terms
    By filling out and submitting your membership application via the Palma Coliving website, you agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions. Each member enters into an agreement with Palma Coliving, managed by SL Lucky Paradise (headquarters: Carrer del vi, 3, 3-b, 07012 Palma, Illes Balears, CIF: B16673394). For the purposes of these rules, we will refer to this company as "Palma Coliving."
  2. Membership Eligibility
    Welcome to Palma Private Social Club! Membership is open to individuals living in the city who want to connect with like-minded professionals. Members must be at least 18 years old. Our selection process ensures a harmonious and respectful community where everyone can thrive.
  3. Access and Usage
    Members have access to Palma Coliving’s facilities during designated hours, which may vary by property. Typically, the club is open:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Access is granted to common areas like coworking spaces, lounges, gardens, and event spaces. Private rooms are reserved exclusively for coliving residents.

The kitchen is mainly for resident use during peak hours, but members are welcome to use it outside those times, provided the area is kept clean. If you’re planning a special occasion, ask our team about booking private event spaces!

We also offer exclusive discounts through our partners for services like personal training, gym memberships, and conference rooms—just ask for more details!

  1. Guests
    Feel free to invite up to three guests per month to explore our facilities! Just let our Happiness Officer know in advance. As a member, you’re responsible for your guests’ compliance with all club rules.
  2. Children
    Please note that Palma Private Social Club is an adults-only environment; no children are permitted on the premises.
  3. Pets
    We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the club, except for qualified assistance dogs.
  4. Conduct and Behavior
    We ask all members to treat one another with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated. Let’s keep our community positive and professional!
  5. Dress Code
    Members and their guests should wear appropriate attire at all times while in the Club.
  6. Events and Activities
    Join us for a variety of club events, workshops, and wellness sessions designed to foster engagement and personal growth. Members enjoy special discounted prices for paid events—just check in with our team for your discount code! Our programming includes breathwork, yoga, meditation, live music, guest speakers, workshops, and more. Please RSVP for events and let us know if you need to cancel.
  7. Privacy and Confidentiality
    We respect your privacy! Please maintain confidentiality regarding discussions or information shared within the Club. Always seek prior consent before publishing any content about our community.
  8. Property and Facilities
    We appreciate your help in caring for our Club facilities! Please report any damage or maintenance issues to our staff. Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside the club; designated smoking areas are available, such as the terrace or near the street entrance.

The club may close occasionally for maintenance or redecorating. Food and beverages brought into the Club should comply with established guidelines and be consumed in designated areas.

  1. Work and Fitness Areas
    All workstations on the ground floor are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate and don’t hold desks unattended for more than two hours. During social events, we kindly ask members to use the coworking area to maintain a clean and inviting space.
  2. Mobile Devices
    We love tech, but let’s keep it considerate! Please keep phones on silent mode while in the club, and use headphones for any audio. Phone calls should be taken in designated areas or in communal transit spaces, like stairs and corridors.
  3. Health and Safety
    Your health and safety are our top priorities! Please comply with all health and safety regulations at Palma Coliving. If you’re feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending events and seek medical attention.
  4. Membership Dues and Fees
    Membership may involve fees to cover administrative costs and events. Payment details will be provided upon membership approval. Membership dues are non-refundable and must be paid promptly to maintain access to Club benefits. After the initial term, all invoices are automatically renewed unless you cancel with at least one month’s notice.
  5. Termination of Membership
    Membership can be terminated by either party at any time with appropriate notice. Grounds for termination include rule breaches, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with membership dues. Upon termination, members must vacate the premises immediately and return any property belonging to Palma Coliving.
  6. Liability
    Members and their guests enter the premises at their own risk. Palma Coliving is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises, except in cases of negligence resulting in personal injury or death. Please be responsible for your own property and that of your guests, and avoid leaving personal items unattended.
  7. Interpretation of Rules
    If there’s ever a dispute regarding the interpretation of these rules, the matter will be submitted to the Membership Committee, which will make a final decision. These rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and each member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
  8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    Palma Private Social Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
  9. Proposing New Members
    Members are encouraged to refer new individuals to join our vibrant community! Application forms can be found on our page: Palma Club Membership. As a thank you for your referrals, you’ll receive up to a €100 bonus if we accept their application!
